Adele is a certified yoga teacher through Atlas Yoga 200 hrs and The Art of Living Foundation 200hrs . She leads group classes in Windsor, Ontario in The Art of Vinyasa. Always encouraging her students to feel free and alive during their practice her classes and lively , inspiring and challenging . "find the hardest teacher for yourself and learn from them."
In her Yoga practice Adele integrates numerous styles of yoga and free form movement... Including Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Prana Flow, Hatha , Sivananda. Never forgetting the roots of yoga and her teachers - Adele's classes are SPIRITUALLY CHARGED.
Specializing in yoga for special populations Adele has designed and teaches classes at the Canadian Mental Health Association. A government funded program for people with mental illness that is a locally implemented with the hopes of making it a province wide program. She has also taught yoga at the MS Society , and with psychotherapists integrating yoga with addiction research.
ADELE or DELLYOGA as she is known has been practicing for 15 years . The fire to teach was ignited after the tragic death of both her parents to cancer with in 5 years of each other. Broken hearted, lost . looking for the light again she picked up where she left off in her persona; practice and study. That was all she needed to feel alive and begin to heal.

Adele shares her private life with her husband Richard and their dog Othello . They travel extensively loving the life they has created .
